This is something that hypnotherapists have known for years. It's nice to see that there is ongoing research in this field. The more scientific research proves a link with the mind/body connection, the better recognised therapists will become.
Hypnotherapy can be such a useful tool and has all kinds of knock on effects for clients in their lives in general.
Hypnotherapy isn't only about quit smoking sessions and phobias, while it is incredibly useful for those things, it can treat so much more!
