BBC News - Therapy can help insomniacs - more should be done to help
This is an interesting article that a friend messaged me about earlier today. He had heard on the radio about the benefits of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy when it came to lack of sleep and insomnia.
I see a lot of clients in my consulting room who have problems with sleep. Quite often sleep issues can be resolved quite quickly, through talking therapies and relaxation hypnosis.
Have a look at the link, it's interesting that there is a much better awareness developing now amongst the medical profession that talking therapies really DO help on a cognitive level to make people better!! Something that therapists around the world have recognised for years! :)
