It's best if you listen on headphones because you get maximum impact - it's a shame that YouTube only let me record for 15 minutes because I've had to cut it much shorter than I'd like, however, it's still a really relaxing session and I hope you enjoy it.
Make sure you don't listen while driving, or operating machinery - and it's better if you can get into a comfy chair or listen while laying down.
